Chef Paul Pairet believes that the best way for guests to experience
his cuisine is through a series of perfectly orchestrated degustation
(tasting) menus.
Each degustation menu – Jade of Jade, Indigo, Rose and Mahogany
– is available in different sizes to match with your appetite.
The portions are the same, but the number of courses varies: “Small”
menus include four courses, “medium” six, and “large”
denotes an eight-course meal.
Whichever menu you choose takes you on a cuilinary journey unlike
any you have ever experienced. While many Jade on 36 dishes have
simple, familiar names, every one of them gives Chef Pairet another
opportunity to surprise and delight you. Enjoy the journey –
